How will I know what time is available?

We are open 7 days a week, even on holidays! Simply select any available time slot from 8AM to 6PM, and we will reply with a confirmation email after your appointment has been confirmed by our staff.

How do I book online?

Is Green Cleaning an option?

We would be happy to use green and organic products for your cleaning at no additional charge. Please note that the finished quality might be different than a standard cleaning.

Should I supply the cleaning products?

We bring all our own supplies, so there's no need to stock up on your own before we come. However, if there are any supplies that you would prefer us to use instead, we would be happy to use them.

What types of payment do you accept, and is it secure?

Our online payments are handled by Stripe, a well-trusted online merchant. Your billing and personal information is processed though a fully secure 256 bit SSL protocol. How much does a cleaning usually cost me?

I would like to set up a recurring service, do I have to book again every time?

If you would like a recurring service, you can select that on the booking form at http://a2plcpnl0216.prod.iad2.secureserver.net/~n906l7150q8l/book-now/ we will come the same day of the week, every 1, 2 or 4 weeks, depending on which recurring frequency you've selected. After you set up recurring service, we'll be there like clockwork on the date and time you choose. We will send a reminder email the day before so you will be expecting us. 🙂

Will I be able to keep the same cleaner?

Yes! Our scheduling software will automatically assign the same cleaner, if they are available that day, to your home clenaing. If you would like a different cleaner, simply let us know!

What can I expect when I order a Move in/Move Out cleaning?

Our move in cleanings are to completely clean an empty apartment that has been moved out by a previous tennant so that you are able to sleep in comfort the same day you move in. Furthermore our move out cleanings are designed to clean your apartment to prepare for when you move out so that you will have the most chance to get your entire security deposit back. Itís a deeper cleaning that includes cleaning inside cabinets and drawers, fixtures, inside the fridge, all baseboards, etc. We charge an extra $60 for this and you will find that an additional cost for move/in move/out cleaning is standard across the industry.

How long does a cleaning usually take?

Every home we clean is different, but a safe estimate would be an hour per kitchen, 30 minutes per bathroom, and 30 minutes per bedroom. Depending on how large the home, how much furniture, or even how the apartment is laid out--almost anything could impact cleaning time. Not to worry though, we will clean until everything is finished, considering what amount of extra time is fair.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Just leave us a key where we can find it--or speak to your doorman about expecting us, and we will take it from there. If there is a certain way you would like us to lock your home, please let us know in the additional information box during your booking.

How many cleaners do you send?

We send a maid to every cleaning. Sometimes, we send teams of two or three depending on the size of the job or condition of the apartment.

What's your days and times of operation?

We work Monday thru Saturday, and start our first job at 8:00 am and start the last job at 6:00 pm.
